Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through nextcontentai.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 (chapter 25). The Spanish version, Política de tratamiento de datos personales, is the governing text.

2. What we collect
Only what you give us through the form on the home page: name, email, brand or company (optional) and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data or data about minors, and we ask you not to include it in your message.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept. When you arrive, the site asks whether you accept Google
Analytics cookies. If you do, we use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site, where they come from
(country, approximate city, social network or search engine), what device they use and what they do (for example, which
projects they open or whether they write on WhatsApp). Google Analytics stores the _ga and
_ga_* cookies in your browser, with a random identifier, for up to 2 years. We never send Google your name,
your email or what you write in the form. If you reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookie is stored. You can
change your choice at any time under “Cookies”, at the bottom of every page.
The site also stores in your browser the language you choose and your cookie choice; that never leaves your device. We use no advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare the free visual sample you ask for.
- To contact you about our services and send you a proposal, if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of the requests we receive and of your consent.
- With analytics cookies, if you accept them: to understand what works on the site and improve it, using aggregate figures.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we will not use it for other purposes without asking for your consent again.
4. Who we share it with
Form messages are stored by the forms service of Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts this site, and are forwarded to our company email. Netlify acts as a processor: it stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. By accepting this policy you consent to that transfer of your data to the United States.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google LLC (United States) receives the browsing data described in section 2 to provide the Google Analytics service to us. By accepting them, you consent to that transfer.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or book a call through Calendly, those services handle your data under their own policies.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as there is a business relationship or an open conversation about your request, and up to two years after the last contact. Then we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time and free of charge:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Ask for proof of the consent you gave us.
- Know how your data has been used.
- Withdraw your acceptance of analytics cookies under “Cookies”, at the bottom of the page.
- Withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- File a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), after first contacting us.
7. How to exercise them
Email nextcontentco@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”, your name, the email you used to contact us and what you are asking for. The general manager of NEXT CONTENT S.A.S. answers.
- Inquiries (what data we hold and how we use it): answered within 10 business days, extendable by 5 business days with notice.
- Claims (correct, update, delete or withdraw consent): answered within 15 business days, extendable by 8 business days with notice. If a claim is incomplete, we will ask for what is missing within 5 business days; if we do not receive it within 2 months, the claim is considered withdrawn.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, we will publish it on this page with the new effective date and, if the purpose changes, ask for your consent again.
